FAQs

How long does it take to receive my order?

Most orders are shipped within 1-3 days, and will arrive one to four days. Once your order has been placed, you will receive a USPS confirmation via email. Also, once your order has been shipped, you will receive a USPS tracking number via email. You can track the status of your package and view the estimated delivery date, by visiting www.usps.com

If you need an item urgently, please contact us for specific item availability and/or expedited shipping.

What are your shipping rates?

Shipping costs are determined by weight. All orders are shipped via USPS with delivery confirmation (within the US). We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in the mail. If you would like to purchase insurance on your order, please select the appropriate option upon checkout.

Do you ship international?

Yes! We will ship to Canada and Mexico. Please note that Non-US Credit Cards may require extra verification, which may take an additional 5-7 days to complete. International orders will not be shipped to any address other than the verified billing address. In order to verify the billing address, you may be asked to fax/email a copy of your card and signed photo identification. American Express credit cards have the most comprehensive international address verification, so if you are able to we'd prefer this method of payment for International orders. We hope you understand that these extra security measures are for your protection, and apologize for any inconvenience.

All international shipments will be sent with a full customs declaration. You are responsible for all duties and tariffs incurred by your purchase from Gozo Dog™. We fill out all applicable customs forms with every order and declare the full value of the items. We will not mark any order as a gift. Please keep this in mind when ordering.

What payments methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express through our secure online processing. You may also pay using any major credit card or debit card through PayPal. At this time we are unable to accept personal checks. All credit cards are securely processed through Paypal and you do not need to have a PayPal account to pay via credit card.

What does limited print quantity mean at Gozo Dog™?

We believe in good functional design and strive to create collars that are sturdy, beautiful and unique. A significant aspect of our artistic endeavor, at Gozo Dog™, is to ensure that we consistently offer fresh ideas and designs. Gozo Dog™ designs will change with the seasons, because we think many of our customers agree that too much of a good thing can destroy the integrity of good design. This is why we only print a limited offering of designs each season.

How do I have my Gozo Dog™ collar Repaired?

Our collars should hold up very well with normal wear and should stand up to occasional rough play. If for some reason your Gozo Dog™ collar needs repair work within 120 days of the date of purchase, to replace torn stitches for example, we will repair this at no charge. Simply pay the shipping and handling charge and we will repair your collar as quickly as possible.

What is your exchange/return policy?

If for some reason you are not satisfied with an item, you may exchange it or return it for a refund of the purchase price (not including shipping), within 30 days of purchase. Upon receipt of your item(s) we will either send your exchange or refund your money. All returned items must be in their original and unused condition. We are not responsible for exchanged or returned items lost or damaged in the mail. All returns/exchanges must be postmarked within 30 days of shipping of your original order. Items sent in exchange will be shipped via USPS First Class mail unless otherwise noted.

Do you sell wholesale?

We currently offer our pet collars and leashes at wholesale prices on a limited basis. Since we are a small operation, we cannot accept every wholesale request we receive, which is why we have to limit wholesale accounts to brick and mortar shops (no online stores) who we feel are a good fit for our products.
